IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT VIEWFEST2024 FOR SPONSORS HAVING A TABLE AND\OR SPONSORS REGISTERED TO ATTEND.
IMPORTANT: All members of your party who plan to attend, must register for the event at www.ViewFest2024.com. This is required to help us track attendance which is currently over 2800. We recommend that you REGISTER IMMEDIATELY since there is limited capacity.

SPONSPOR INFORMATION THAT PLAN TO HAVE A TABLE:
- One 8 foot table, 2 chairs, and a black full length table cloth are provided.
- Electrical is not available.
- We encourage you to provide giveaways and / or conduct an activity.
- No balls (sphere items) or balloons are permitted into the zoo. If you are uncertain about specific give away, please ask.
- Those sponsors having table MUST arrive between 6:30am - 7:30 am on the day of event. NO cars are allowed into the Zoo. All items must be carried or brought in by dolly / cart.
- Sponsors having a table, should park in the WATER TOWER parking lot off Woodward NOT the parking lots adjacent to the service drive. Parking is free.
- Participants of ViewFest will begin arriving at 8:00am. The casual walk will begin promptly at 8:45am. All participants of the event must be through the front gate by 11:00 am.
- Event will run from 8:00 am - 1:00pm. Tear down will occur from 1:00 to 2:00. Participants and sponsors may remain at the event for the balance of the day, but all physical items as part of your table / activity must be removed by 2:00 pm.
- Sponsors need to check in at the front entrance of the zoo ( Look for the “Viewfest” tents set up right outside the front gate). At check in, sponsors will be given a zoo access ticket.
- After check in, you will be directed to the Welcome Tent in the festival area. At the Welcome Tent, sponsors having a table will pick up additional information and be directed to your tent location.
- Each tent will have a liaison to help sponsors.
- Registrants on the day of event will have to pay $10.00 to cover costs if we have reached capacity.

- Bagels and coffee will be provided to sponsors at 6:30 am in the main tent.
- Lunch is not provided, but there are an abundance of free snacks and water in each tent.
- Sponsors having a table, will have a bag on their table with water and snacks to start out the day.
- All participants for the day will receive an event guide. You will want to refer to this guide to ensure you don't miss out on anything the day has to offer.
- If you have one set of brochures that you want to be displayed in the resource section of “Expedition Hope: A powerful journey through the opioid epidemic” tent, then please hand them in at the Welcome Station.

- Sponsors not having a table, but who are registered to attend, can park for free at any of the zoo’s lots.
- Participants of ViewFest will begin arriving at 8:00am. The casual walk will begin promptly at 8:45am.
- All participants and sponsors not having a table, must be through the front gate by 11:00 am.
- Event will run from 8:00 am - 1:00pm. Participants and sponsors may remain at the event for the balance of the day and enjoy the zoo.

NARCAN World Record & Training
- World Record Breaking Training will begin at 11:15am and run through 11:45am.
- Participants will begin entering the identified "quarantine" area BY 10:45 in order to participate in the World Record. Space is LIMITED to the FIRST 1200 (preregistration is available)
- Once in the Quarantine area, participants will be given a World Record Validation Ticket (labeled as such) which will be turned in upon completion. This World Record Validation Ticket demonstrates presence during the entire training. As a note, the goal is to include all sponsor tables within the tents to be within the quarantine area. You should not have to leave your assigned table to participate.
- In order to be considered for the World Record, you will NOT be permitted to leave and re-enter until completion of the training. If you need to leave prior, your World Record Validation Ticket will be taken and destroyed.
- If you are unable to participate in the World Record, additional NARCAN training will be available at designated areas.
- NARCAN kits will be available free of charge (supplies may be limited) to those 14 and older.
