LGBTQ+ youth are at a greater risk for mental illness and deserve a safe and supportive environment to allow their mental health to flourish. If having just one accepting adult can reduce the likelihood of an LGBTQ young person attempting suicide by 40% (Trevor Project), imagine what a whole community of acceptance could do!
