Sponsorship for ViewFest July 16, 2023 at the Detroit Zoo.Sponsorship allows for you / your organization to have a table, run an activity or sell items at the event if you elect.  Table, tent and chairs are not provided.  Electrical may be available, but is not guaranteed.  We encourage those planning to have a table to also provide giveaways and / or conduct an activity.  If you will have an activity or give away, we ask that you email that information to Glen Schwartz (Glen@wordsofhope4life.com) by June 15th so that it can be noted on marketing material.

Those having table MUST arrive between 6:30am - 7:30 am on the day of event.  NO cars are allowed into the Zoo so all items must be carrier or brought in by dolly / cart.

Participants of ZooFest will begin arriving at 8:00am and the walk will begin promptly at 8:45am.  Event will run until 12:00pm.  Participants and Vendors may remain at the eventfor the balance of the day, but all physical items as part of your table must be 1:00.

Sponsors are provided a specific number of "tickets" to the event (see chart on main page).  Every member of your team who plans to attend MUST register PRIOR to the event using a code provided to you after sponsoring.  If you have additional members (beyond what is provided with your sponsorship) they must register independantly.
